- A 25% non refundable deposit is required per week, when booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
- Should the balance of the holiday not be paid by the due date the booking will be considered cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation any payments made will be refunded if the cottage is re-let, subject to an administration/cancellation fee of £100.
- Premises are available from 4 pm Saturday and will be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
- At our discretion, we may accept a well behaved dog by prior arrangement and access must be restricted to the tiled area of the ground floor of the house at all times. Surcharges upon application.
- The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness in which it was found. You will be charged accordingly for any extra cleaning which is necessary.
- The owner of the property will be compensated for any damage and breakages which occur.
- Our mailing list is operated in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not disclose your details to third parties and we promise to remove your details upon request.
